FITNESS

Fitness classes consist of a one-hour, one-on-one session that offers a variety of options from chair exercises,
kick boxing, yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba and the Xbox 360 Kinect. Classes start off with stretching and
discussing ways to make healthy choices when eating and drinking. Exercise is essential for maintaining
mental and physical health for all ages and all abilities.

Please check our events page for details including the date and time for group fitness classes. Individual appointments can also be scheduled with a coordinator.
