The PILC office will be closed February 20, 2025 due to the inclement weather.

PILC is a Center for Independent Living, one of 27 centers in Texas and 500 across the nation. Centers for Independent Living promote the Independent Living philosophy, which states that people with disabilities have the right to make their own choices for their lives, and to live independently in their community, not in an institution.
